EKKO Title does not participate in Affiliated Business Arrangements (ABAs), marketing services agreements (MSAs), or other shared revenue arrangements. Often several businesses, such as real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, and settlement firms, are all owned by a common parent company. This is known as an Affiliated Business Arrangement (ABA). These arrangements can call into question the independence of the settlement company.

Because Ekko Title is independent and not bound by any of these fee sharing arrangements, we will always represent your interests in a fair and unbiased manner. And, you can rest assured that you will never be charged 'extra' to support these fee sharing arrangements.
